I have always been intrigued by trains. Trains played a vital part in our country during the industrial revolution. They were a way of doing business, making human lives easier. Electric and gas powered engines had a hand in the demise of the great steam era and radically changed the mode of transportation in moving goods and services.
I have done a few train paintings. I usually work in pastel chalk but I am using acrylic for my latest creation. I am not new to this medium but I have found it to be refreshing. I'm also perusing other train painting ideas.
